Foreign Workers
To meet its growing labour needs, over the years, LAFONTAINE has been involved in the recruitment of workers from abroad, whether temporary seasonal workers or immigrants wishing to integrate into Quebec society.
To facilitate their integration, great attention is paid to the reception upon their arrival as well as to their well-being: housing, transportation, francization courses, and support to integrate their families.
